Alternatively, a confirmation of your order will be sent to both your registered WhatsApp number and email after placing the order.
Can I change my address after placing the order?
Yes, you can change the delivery address as long as your order has not been shipped. Once the order leaves the warehouse, we are unable to modify the address. If you'd like to change the address to an international location, please note that the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees. However, if you have selected international shipping and would like to change the delivery address to India, the shipping fees will be refunded as Store Credit. The print has irregularities. Why?
Since our products are not machine made in large quantities but in fact made by an artisan and in small batches, each batch could have a slight difference in the print due to the human involvement in the process. They may have slight irregularities, but that's what makes them truly one-of-a-kind!
Where are my tracking details?
As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email/sms with tracking details. Please do check your junk/spam emails too as sometimes the email gets labelled as such.
Do you offer reverse pickup for returns?
Yes, we do offer reverse pickup for eligible items’ returns within India. We do not extend this service out of India. Sometimes, for some addresses, reverse pickup facility may not be available. In that case we may ask you to ship the product back to us and provide a full Store Credit.
